A small family-run restaurant passed down through generations, keeping the same high standards over the years. I had the chance to be invited there by a friend, and we received VIP service from start to finish. The quality of their kebabs, chicken, and everything else was simply outstanding — honestly, some of the best skewers I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was perfect from A to Z. They even have a small shop inside where you can buy a variety of local products. Thank you again — what an amazing experience!

WOW. This rivals the Persian food and kosher markets in LA. What a great family-owned, local business. I got the koobideh one day and the chicken kabob the other day. Each are around $18. You get great rice, and roasted vegetables. Sumac is on the tables. I also had tea and their baklava, which was made just perfectly. AMAZING service, very kind servers and great vibe inside. Lots of seating too.

Been meaning to try this restaurant and finally did! Saam was our server, he was very friendly, quick and attentive, we never had to ask for a refill he was on it! What we ordered: 1.) Baba Ghanoush $6.99 my friend said was not bad. 2.) Hummus $6.99 had a nice garlic flavor. 3.) Falafel appetizer $6.99 my friend size was small but they were tasty. 4.) Beef Shish Kebab $20.99 my friend said his dish was good. 5.) Lamb Shish Kebab $20.99 my lamb was a bit overcooked and lamb was a bit tough in texture, just ok. 6.) Lentil soup $7.99 my friend said that the soup was well seasoned and tasty. We also went to the grocery section on the other side. The Cashier was friendly and helpful.

This is the best Persian restaurant in Las Vegas. Hands down. Food quality and taste is fantastic. Most importantly, Sam is such an honest, caring, and lively human being. It’s always a pleasure seeing him and he’s always so kind and polite and generous. The market has a lot of great items such as high quality breads, cheese, and treats. At the restaurant, definitely try the Koobideh, the boneless chicken, and the land chops. And always finish with a nice hot Persian tea. Thank you Sam for the consistency and always providing a great experience.

10/10 the koobidehs taste like they do in Tehran, can’t get much closer than this. Beats every kabob shop in LA, phenomenal food and service. Nice stuff Zaytoon!

Wow. Unbelievable food, I have been to many Persian restaurants around the world and this is top of the list. The shirazi salad with the mast musir + their home made bread …I could it every day! Not only is all the food great, but the service is unmatched. Everyone that sits in there feels like family, I think the owners must know everyone personally, or it’s just their nature. Will return again!

How have I lived in Vegas all these years and never been here. The food is amazing. The service was friendly and fantastic. I loved the grocery store attachment. I was able to find all the spices and seasonings I use to cook in larger quantities with more affordable prices than Amazon or Walmart. Absolute hidden gem!
